Role Purpose:
Lead the Housing Asset Management Team in achieving the Smarter Housing Plan and Repairs Policies. Oversee repairs and maintenance inspections, provide technical advice, and ensure contractor performance. Manage tenanted and void properties to meet standards of time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Problem-Solving: Creative solutions to customer requests and contractor management.
  • Professional Qualifications: HNC/HND level in building surveying with continuing professional development.
