Description
- Efficient processing of invoices and credit notes.
- Ensuring accurate and timely collection of all due debts.
- Reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.
- Preparation and submission of periodical statements and reports.
- Assisting with month-end closing.
- Maintaining effective relationships with customers.
- Adhering to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Providing support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable should have:
- A thorough understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to work well in a team.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £31,500 - £38,500 per annum.
