General cleaning duties.
Sweeping and mopping.
Cleaning communal areas.
Dusting and vacuuming.
Stock and maintain supply room.
Maintaining the building.
Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.

Requirements/ Skills:

Previous experience as a caretaker.
Good understanding of caretaker duties.
At leats 1 years expereince as a caretaker.
