Business Operations Manager

£65,000 + Pension
An experienced Business Operations Manager is required for managing day to day office administration requirements on behalf of a small and highly successful local organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of the office administration function on a day to day basis
- Overseeing junior administration staff and providing support and guidance as needed
- Assisting the senior leadership team with business management decisions
- Managing the HR function including recruitment, compliance and employee relation issues
- Administering outsourced services ie: IT support, cleaning, telephones etc
- Purchasing stationery, office supplies, office equipment, obtaining best possible costs
