Business Support Manager - Luxury Care Home, LondonBright Selection is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Support Manager for a prestigious, luxury care home in London. This home prides itself on delivering exceptional care and hospitality to private, fee-paying residents.

Key Responsibilities:As the Business Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the care home's financial and administrative systems. Working closely with the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing financial processes, including payroll, invoicing, and debt collection.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Overseeing human resources administration and supporting reception duties.
  • Maintaining accurate data management systems.
  • Assisting the home in delivering outstanding service to residents and their families.

About You:To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar business support role within a care home environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, invoicing, and debt collection processes.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above is desirable.
  • Excellent numeracy and IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with a passion for delivering high standards of care and service.
