We are seeking Carpenters for a social housing contract in West London.
This is a temp to perm role with a permanent contract offered after 6 months.

The pay rate is £21.40 per hour, equating to a take-home pay of £708 per week based on a 42.5 hour workweek.
Candidates must have social housing experience, a carpentry qualification, a full UK driving licence, and their own tools.

We are currently looking for Carpenters to work on a social housing contract in the West London area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 6 months work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

The rate of pay is £21.40 per hour, £708 a week take home, based on a 42.5 hour week.
