Are you a results-driven BDM looking for an exciting opportunity in the AV industry? We, a well-established AV hire company specializing in corporate events, award ceremonies, and full-service AV delivery, are expanding our team.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the team and drive growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring continued success in the AV hire sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities (approx. 95% new business focus).
- Develop strong client relationships and manage accounts effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent the company in corporate and international events.
- Report directly to the Managing Director, with the authority to shape sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within AV hire, events, or broadcast industries.
- Strong understanding of corporate events and award show AV needs.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (office & home).
