Customer Account Manager - Utilities Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Based in Park Royal / Acton, West London
Office based role- To start ASAP!!
A well-established Commercial Utilities company in West London is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join its busy team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, developing relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Looking for candidates with a background in customer service or account management; must be within the utilities sector.
Duties include:
- Manage the commercial relationship with existing Agents
- Calculating quotations for gas & liaising with agents and customers
- Building long term relationships with agents
- Entering account information
- Arranging site visits for meter related queries and gas emergency
- Answering the telephone and resolving customers queries, also by email
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support other Account Managers
Key skills and experience:
- Previous Account Management/Customer/Admin experience in Utilities industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel a must.
- Graduate educated preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick to learn new software and adaptable to changing roles and responsibilities.
- Must be within easy commuting distance to Acton/Park Royal.
