Summary:

Our client is working with a global leader in electric commercial vehicles. The client is helping to launch its innovative EV in the UK in 2025. These vehicles promise to transform the transportation sector with innovative, eco-friendly solutions tailored to meet the needs of the UK's van drivers and fleets.

With an extensive background in enabling innovative products to succeed in emerging markets, our client will be a close strategic partner as we embark on this exciting journey together

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Monitor and analyse LCV competitor activity and market trends. Develop UK product strategy to differentiate the brand and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences and market trends. Use insights to support brand positioning and Product/Comms strategies.
  • Define model range including specification, options, pricing and offers to maximise competitiveness and drive sales.
  • Define and implement profitable converter solutions.
  • Support Sales team in developing annual sales plans and mixes.
  • Provide data on own and competitor sales volumes. Support the production of training and product related communications materials.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Business related degree or equivalent. 3-5 years' experience in a Product Management role or similar (Automotive experience preferable but not essential).
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail (ability to input, process and interpret data).
  • Highly organised and able to schedule work to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with strong influencing, decision making and presentation skills
