Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a major retailer who are looking for a Programme Manager to manage their Property Development.
Our client own a large portfolio of properties throughout the UK. This role will be responsible for the development and re-development of that portfolio including a large multi-million pound mixed use development in London.
As Programme Manager - Property Development - your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple development projects
- Producing a development brief and pre-construction plan
- Appointing and managing consultants and contractors throughout the pre-construction stage
- Ensuring projects are set up to deliver within defined CAPEX budgets
- Liaising with local planners to ensure planning approvals are adhered to
- In-direct management of all internal and external stakeholders
The Programme Manager you will need:
- Extensive experience of project or programme management of client side development projects
- Experience of re-development projects as well as new build housing
- Experience of working with architects, consultants and planners at the pre-construction project stage.
- The ability to influence and manage in-directly
- Excellent communication and people skills
