Customer Care Operative (Multi-Trader) - Permanent PositionWembley, LondonUp to £50,000 per annumWe are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Customer Care Operative (Multi-Trader) to join a residential project in Wembley. This is a permanent, full-time position based on a high-quality new build scheme comprising over 600 apartments.Working within the Customer Care team, you'll maintain the high standards of this development post-handover. You'll be responsible for addressing residents' snagging issues and completing a variety of remedial tasks in occupied properties.Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Remedial works in response to customer snag lists
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling repairs and replacements
- Mastic works
- Patch plastering
- Flooring repairs
- General multi-trade tasks as required
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a multi-trader or in a similar customer care role within the residential sector
- High attention to detail and excellent finishing skills
- Confident working in occupied homes with a professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage daily tasks
