Senior Customer Service Advisor

This very established local organisation are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their team and provide extensive support in their busy Customer Service Department.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with the day to day management of the customer service function and providing a high level of service

- Answering incoming telephone calls from customers, dealing with enquiries and recording action taken

- Setting up details of maintenance work to be completed and allocating jobs to maintenance team

- Tracking work being completed from instigation stage through to successful completion

- Maintaining customer details on computerised database system and updating when needed

- Dealing with service issues that arise and escalating cases to management team when necessary
