Working Hours: Monday- Friday (Every other Saturday)

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things in top shape? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy taking care of on-site maintenance tasks? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join as an On-Site Maintenance tech.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment on-site.
  • Perform repairs, troubleshoot issues, and handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
  • To assist with minor plumbing and electrical matters
  • Provide first class customer service to residents
  • Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented and appealing to prospective tenants at all time
  • undertaking minor maintenance tasks, using basic tools and painting and decorating.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance operative or a similar role, preferably in a residential setting
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
