Key Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; additional certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early years education.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • A clear DBS background check.
