Key Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and deliver activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere.
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing insights with parents and guardians as needed.
- Collaborate with your team to enhance the quality of our early years provision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; additional certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early years education.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues.
- Team-oriented mindset, with flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- A clear DBS background check.
