This Short Stay provision in Brent is looking for a Teaching Assistant to help students daily with their academic, behavioural, therapeutic, and vocational needs either within small groups or on a one-to-one basis. Strong behaviour management is key for the ideal Teaching Assistant as well as being resilient and supportive to persevere difficult situations that occur.
