We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a permanent position with a leading Property services company in Westminster and surrounding areas.
The role involves day-to-day repair works on occupied properties under a Responsive maintenance contract.
Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations, certification in 18th Edition wiring regulations, and a full UK driving licence.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000, along with a company van, fuel card, bonus, and additional benefits.

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Property services company in Westminster covering surrounding areas. This is a permanent role working on a Responsive maintenance contract Carrying out day to day repair works on occupied properties

Requirements:

2391 or equivalent 2394 & 95
Full UK driving licence (we provide the van)
