Looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a leading Maintenance Contractor based in North London on a Permanent basis

Offering a competitive salary of up to 47,000 (dependant on experience) + benefits

Duties:

  • Engage with suppliers and contractors to obtain and evaluate quotes and bids, negotiating favourable terms where possible.
  • Regularly update project estimates based on project progress and market changes.
  • Prepare tender documents that contribute to successful bid submissions.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates to support sales proposals, including materials, labour, equipment, and other related expenses.
  • Work alongside engineering and design teams to ensure project proposals are technically sound and feasible

You will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Based within a commutable distance North London (office based role)
