Looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a leading Maintenance Contractor based in North London on a Permanent basis

Offering a competitive salary of up to 47,000 (dependant on experience) + benefits

Duties:

Engage with suppliers and contractors to obtain and evaluate quotes and bids, negotiating favourable terms where possible.
Regularly update project estimates based on project progress and market changes.
Prepare tender documents that contribute to successful bid submissions.
Prepare detailed cost estimates to support sales proposals, including materials, labour, equipment, and other related expenses.
Work alongside engineering and design teams to ensure project proposals are technically sound and feasible

You will need:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in a similar position
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Based within a commutable distance North London (office based role)
