Bid Manager North London

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Bid Manager (+ Proposals & Marketing).

Based in North London with a salary: £55k £65k.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Bid Manager will be responsible for Bid Writing, Content Writing, Preparing Competitive Tender Documents as well as being responsible for Marketing the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the bid management process and ensuring that timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance.
  • Ensuring that tender responses / presentations answer the specific question for the known audience.
  • Managing the tender process ensuring that specialist content is being developed by the team as necessary for the tender or presentation.
  • Managing the ITT and PQQ process from enquiry to delivery.
  • Updating the clients website from time to time.
  • Working on branding (i.e., fleet, client gatherings, merchandising, event posters etc.)
  • Working collaboratively with the Maintenance and Project Teams with presentations to secure future work.
  • Taking regular site visits to take pictures and videos for case studies and website design.
  • Attend tender meetings and IT review meetings as and when required.

My client is looking for a well-organised and collaborative Bid Manager that also has experience of Proposals & Marketing, with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
