Are you an experienced SEND teacher passionate about supporting young adults with diverse needs? We are looking for a dedicated Post-16 SEND Teacher to work in a specialist school in Brent, helping students achieve their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Role:
As a Post-16 SEND Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with Autism and complex learning difficulties.
  • Focus on developing essential life skills, vocational education, and personal independence.
  • Work closely with support staff to create an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere.
  • Monitor and assess progress, ensuring each learner is supported to succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with Post-16 students in a SEND setting.
  • A creative and adaptive teaching approach tailored to individual needs.
  • A valid child and adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
