SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a specialist SEND school in North West London that is looking for a Primary SEND Teacher to lead a small Early Years class (8 children) with additional learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, passionate, and experienced SEND teacher to work in a supportive, well-equipped setting designed to cater to individual student needs.

About the Role:

  • Teaching a small EYFS class (8 pupils) with SEND, including ASD and communication difficulties.
  • Delivering creative, sensory-based learning experiences tailored to each student.
  • Collaborating with specialist therapists, support staff, and SENCOs to develop individual learning plans.
  • Implementing strategies to support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and independent learning.
  • Monitoring and assessing progress to ensure students achieve their full potential.
