We are looking for a skilled labourer to work on a 6 month contract in Wembley working on shop rennovations and demolition as part of a team.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves various tasks that require physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions accurately. The Skilled Labourer will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Working hours - 7:30am-3:30pm

Pay - 16 per hour CIS

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Demolition works
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures on-site.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
• Physical fitness with the capability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
• Familiarity with construction or maintenance tools is advantageous.
• CSCS Card would be preferred
