Sonic Summary

We are seeking a stock condition surveyor with experience in local authorities to conduct condition surveys for a housing stock exceeding 5000 properties.
The role will support the Decent Homes improvement programme and contribute to health and safety risk assessments.
This position is a long-term contract with a minimum duration of 6 months.
Candidates should have relevant experience in similar roles.
Salary details are to be discussed upon application.
