What's involved?

Must have successfully managed a Restaurant, cocktail or wine bar
Must have excellent knowledge of cocktails and serving drinks
Develop and maintain an innovative drinks menu with high-quality ingredients.
Monitor industry trends and update the menu accordingly.
Oversee beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
Monitor sales, analyse financial reports, set revenue targets, and control costs to optimise profitability.
