Were currently working in partnership with the Head Teacher of an incredibly inclusive mainstream primary school in Brent, West London. We are searching for a number of 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support several learners with a diagnosis of Autism in Reception and Year 1.
With a number of EHCPs pending, the school are eager to meet with proactive and committed Graduates (Psychology, preferably) with some existing experience supporting individuals with SEN. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Graduate who is seeking to gain a solid year of experience within one setting working with children with Autism.

Job Role
1:1 Teaching Assistant
Supporting students with Autism in Reception/ Year 1
Deliver Literacy & Numeracy interventions
Run Speech & Language sessions
£85-100 per day
September start
Long term role for the full academic year!
Who are we looking for?
1st Class/ 2:1 Psychology Graduates
Previous child-related experience required
You must be confident in your SEN knowledge
Effective behaviour management techniques
Committed, dedicated, resilient and flexible
