Role:
As a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects. You'll work closely with experienced educators, gaining invaluable insight and hands-on experience in a real classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in lesson planning and preparation
- Providing one-on-one support to students who may need additional support
- Conducting small group activities and workshops
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline and/or previous graduate teaching assistant experience.
- Enthusiasm for working with secondary school SEN students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to pursue a career in secondary school teaching
