Are you an HLTA with experience with children with SEN. We are currently looking for a higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a fantastic School in Wembley. The School is a mainstream Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form with two SEN Units for children with Autism and Speech and Language needs. AS the School is so big, there is a lot of room for growth and development. 

The Role

In this role you will be working with pupils in KS3 and KS4. You will need to have experience working in a School and should be confident as a HLTA to lead your own groups. You will be working closely with other staff and professionals on a daily basis. You will oversee some class groups and occasionally covering lessons. 

You must have a calm and resilient approach and be able to build a strong rapport with the students. The School are looking for someone to be proactive and hands on. 

This role is offered on a full-time ongoing contract basis and is to start immediately.
