Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Term Time Only)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a thriving secondary school in Brent. In this role, you will:
- Support students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans
- Provide one-to-one and small group support in and outside the classroom
- Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Assist with personal care (if required) and emotional support
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with SEN students (preferred)
- A patient and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people
- Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
