Day-to-day responsibilities of a HR Advisor:
- Provide daily support to managers and employees across the UK and Ireland.
- Lead and support the full recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with both UK and Irish employment laws.
- Contribute to HR projects and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications for a HR Advisor:
- Strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment legislation.
- Experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a multi-site or international environment.
- CIPD Level 5
- Proficiency in HRIS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
