Day-to-day responsibilities of a HR Advisor:

  • Provide daily support to managers and employees across the UK and Ireland.
  • Lead and support the full recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with both UK and Irish employment laws.
  • Contribute to HR projects and improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications for a HR Advisor:

  • Strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment legislation.
  • Experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a multi-site or international environment.
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Proficiency in HRIS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
