Description

  • Contributing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organisation's overall business strategy
  • Responsible for employee relations such as: grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies etc.
  • Identifying gaps in line management capabilities and coaching, mentoring and training line management to improve skillset
  • Developing career pathways and career frameworks for future progression of employees
  • Line management responsibility for a HR Assistant including coaching and developing
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of people
  • Nurture a positive working environment to continue being a great place of work
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system, pay reviews and salary benchmarking
  • Ensure legal compliance and confidentiality throughout all stages

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven working experience in a similar HR role business partnering multiple functions and delivering HR initiatives
  • Experience in training, leading and developing direct reports
  • Experience in developing career pathways/ frameworks
  • Experience in working in a a small to medium sized business
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
