Description
- Contributing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organisation's overall business strategy
- Responsible for employee relations such as: grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies etc.
- Identifying gaps in line management capabilities and coaching, mentoring and training line management to improve skillset
- Developing career pathways and career frameworks for future progression of employees
- Line management responsibility for a HR Assistant including coaching and developing
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of people
- Nurture a positive working environment to continue being a great place of work
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system, pay reviews and salary benchmarking
- Ensure legal compliance and confidentiality throughout all stages
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven working experience in a similar HR role business partnering multiple functions and delivering HR initiatives
- Experience in training, leading and developing direct reports
- Experience in developing career pathways/ frameworks
- Experience in working in a a small to medium sized business
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Job Offer
