3rd Line IT Support Engineer - London / Wembley - 40,000 to 47,000
A large-scale and successful service provider in Wembley, London is urgently seeking a new 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible 3rd line IT Support and Infrastructure delivery across the business. You will also mentor and provide an escalation point for more junior IT engineers.
This is a great opportunity where you will get exposure to a wide variety of IT Infrastructure, servers, networks, Azure Cloud platforms and virtual systems.
As the successful candidate you must have:
- Extensive experience 3rd line IT Support, working with the Microsoft technology stack
- A technical background in supporting Windows Servers, VMware and Networking (LAN / WAN / VPN)
- Experience of supporting Azure Cloud infrastructure
- An excellent customer focus and good communication skills
