Infrastructure and Support Engineer / 3rd Line Technical Support

£45,000 pro Rata, 6-12 month FTC

Looking for a candidate who has experience working on installations projects and who can provide 3rd line support.

Must be able to: Installing, Support, Manage, and troubleshoot Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Services, Group Policy management, RDS, IIS, server hardware troubleshooting) - Versions 2016/2019/2022 and troubleshoot Storage: NAS/SAN (Netapp/EMC/HP), Hyper-convergence, Virtual SAN (desirable)

You will be managing IT infrastructure for around 100 users, whilst also working on projects.

Someone who has previously worked for an MSP or worked in a similar 3rd line support role where you did a full infrastructure implementation project would be ideal.

Looking for an experienced IT Support person with around 5 years in IT (at least 3 of those working in a 3rd line support team).

This is a full-time office based role working Mon - Fri 9am-5pm.

Candidates must live within a reasonable commute of Wembley (1 hour) and be able to pass a security background check.
