A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a successful, and ever-growing company who are based in London. You will be stepping into an exciting, varied role and will also be working alongside a friendly, passionate team.

Duties will be varied, but include:

  • Ensure inventory numbers are accurate by checking them regularly against SAP, looking into any discrepancies thoroughly, and make sure all actions are clearly shared and fully carried out.
  • Monitor non-moving stock and update stakeholders.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with projects, SAP tasks, purchasing, and handling new vendors and customers when required.
  • Coordinate and carry out daily cycle counts for cards and stationery using SAP.
  • Oversee stock destruction programs; keep records, organise the removal of material from work areas, and follow company procedure for getting rid of the material.
  • Handle and share updates about customer version changes, stock shortages, and expected material deliveries.
  • Update internal and external customers on the current stock situation and assist with any projects or new initiatives that help improve stock reporting.

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • Previous experience within a similar supply chain role.
  • Solid experience using SAP.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Decision making skills and ability to use own initiative
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
