This pivotal role is essential for maintaining the school's smooth day-to-day operations, and we're looking for a dynamic, organisedindividual with strong leadership skills to manage the administrative team and ensure efficient service across the school.

Role Responsibilities

As School Office Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the entire school's administrative function, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
  • Manage and support a team of administrative staff, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing mentorship.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee student admissions, attendance tracking, and record-keeping in line with school policies.
  • Coordinate and manage school-wide communication, including emails, newsletters, and website content.
  • Ensure all administrative functions comply with safeguarding, data protection, and other statutory requirements.
  • Provide support to the senior leadership team with diary management, meeting coordination, and special projects.
  • Handle budget management, invoicing, and procurement processes in collaboration with the finance department.


Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar office management role within a school or educational setting.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide administrative staff.
