Job Title: International Move Manager
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: 32k to 38k
Location: North West London
Hours: Monday - Friday (Hybrid working)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating domestic and International moves on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and private clients.
- Providing a first-class/luxury service to all customers through accurate recording of information and prompt communication.
- Effectively managing customer complaints, always ensuring a professional approach.
- Consistently reviewing your approach, working to obtain exceptional customer reviews.
- Liaising with the warehouse team, shippers and agents to coordinate shipping routes.
- Prioritising and effectively planning your time, ensuring that all tasks are monitored until moving completion.
- Updating clients on their shipping details and assisting with any further enquiries.
- Ensuring completed contracts, payments and account checks are received and recorded.
- Accurately preparing all necessary export and import documentation.
- Booking and managing storage, organising inspections and extractions.
- Liaising with external third-party services for additional support when required.
- Working closely with key internal stakeholders including operations, sales and customs.
Desirable
- Previous experience within Move Management, Removals, Storage solutions or high-end client management
- Exceptional problem solving and customer skills
- Understanding of the Logistics, Fine Art, Customs or Transport sectors
- Experience in coordinating luxury goods or services.
- Proactive and solution driven nature
