Office Administrator
Wembley, Middlesex
£24,800 + Pension
A first class Administrator is required to take ownership of a busy reception area and manage incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
Some of your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors in the reception area, completing visitors book and issuing passes
- Answering the main switchboard in a friendly and professional manner and transferring callers
- Responding to general telephone and email enquiries where possible by providing information
- Managing the diary schedule for the use of meeting rooms, taking bookings and setting up facilities
- Working with the Office Manager and assisting with day to day HR issues including recruitment
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
