Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in North-West London. The successful candidate will need to be available full-time and have experience supporting children and young adults with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.
Position: Behaviour MentorLocation: Brent, North West LondonPay: £90 - £125 per day (PAYE) depending on experienceStart Date: April 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH in small group and 1:1 settings.
- Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours.
- Provide emotional and academic support to students.
- Work closely with teaching staff to implement behaviour management strategies.
- Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to senior staff.
