We are currently recruiting a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our outstanding secondary school in Willesden. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting in January

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor you will encourage the active participation of all students, ensuring they remain focused and engaged in their classwork.
As a Cover Supervisor you will maintain a positive classroom atmosphere by effectively managing student behaviour.
As a Cover Supervisor you will support students by communicating clearly and confidently, helping them stay on track with their learning.
As a Cover Supervisor you will organise and manage the physical teaching space and resources, ensuring a conducive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM,
Recent experience working with children in the UK is essential. Prior experience as a Cover Supervisor is advantageous.
Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.
Ideally live in or near Willesden, or have reliable transport to commute to the area.
