We are currently recruiting a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our outstanding secondary school in Willesden. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting immediately

Position Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 4:00 pm

About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless learning experience for students during teacher absences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging Pupils: Encourage the active participation of all students, ensuring they remain focused and engaged in their classwork.
  • Behaviour Management: Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere by effectively managing student behaviour.
  • Confident Communication: Support students by communicating clearly and confidently, helping them stay on track with their learning.
  • Classroom Organization: Organize and manage the physical teaching space and resources, ensuring a conducive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Availability: Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting ASAP.
  • Experience: Recent experience working with children in the UK is essential. Prior experience as a Cover Supervisor is advantageous.
  • Compliance: Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.
  • Location: Ideally live in or near Willesden, or have reliable transport to commute to the area.
