We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable School Administrator to work at a forward thinking and caring Pupil Referral Unit near Wembley Park station.
As a School Administrator, you will endeavour to have commitment to working in an environment where all staff are passionate about the emotional and academic development of all the students.
To be successful: The School Administrator will need exceptional organisational skills, good oral and written communication skills, and flexibility.
As an administrative assistant you will be working in a SEND school so you will need to be confident operating in this environment.
Responsibilities:
- Updating pupil information on SIMS (School Information Management System)
- Providing a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and parents (in support of Front of House) if required
- Ensuring all visitors are signed in, and handling safeguarding information appropriately
- Supporting general administrative duties, including filing and document preparation
- To provide necessary administrative and support service across the school as part of the School Admin team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Up to date IT Skills including MS Office and SIMS
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
- Easy to get on with
- A real team player
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service - This is essential
- Confident manner
- Must have SIMS experience
- The right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
- Available ASAP
The headteacher is conducting video interviews on Monday with a view to start with immediate effect.
