JL Facilities is seeking multiple commercial plumbers for a large Water Treatment business located inside the M25 on a mobile basis.
The role focuses on remedial plumbing tasks in large commercial buildings and offers a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 including a vehicle.
Candidates should have experience that demonstrates mechanical aptitude and technical ability, ideally with some plumbing experience.
The position requires the ability to work unsupervised, discuss technical issues confidently, and perform physical tasks.
This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule and additional benefits such as a company car and pension.

Job description

JL Facilities are currently recruiting for a large Water Treatment business assisting them in their search for multiple commercial plumbers. The work is based inside the M25 on a mobile basis working on mostly large commercial buildings. The role(s) have come about due to major contract wins and now is the perfect time to join a company that continue to grow showing no signs of stopping.

ROLE: Commercial Plumber ( Remedial biased )

LOCATION: London

SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 with vehicle

Your duties will include:

The role is primarily a remedial plumbing role, duties to include:

Plumbing works including Dead end/leg removal, replacing ball valves, installing insect screens, tank vents, fitting lids, lagging, replacing TMVs, TMV inspection & servicing, replacing taps, re-routing pipework, replacing water heaters, softener installation, equipment installation, tank replacements.

Temperature monitoring of tap outlets and tanks/cylinders

Installation of commercial plumbing equipment is required Water Softeners/Reverse Osmosis systems

Cleaning and disinfection of shower heads

Visual inspections of water systems

Inspection and servicing of thermostatic mixer valves

Water sampling

Analysis of closed systems using a site test kit

Descaling & internal inspections of water heaters

Cleaning & disinfections of pipework systems, cold water storage tanks and cooling towers in accordance with BS 8558:2011.

You will need:

Experience to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and technical ability

A positive attitude & enthusiasm about the company and the job role

Experience at working unsupervised & overcoming challenges to get the job done

The ability to discuss technical issues with confidence and accurately record detailed engineers reports and log books

Capable of physical work, lifting, carrying and climbing

The ideal candidate would have some plumbing experience.

Full UK driving license
