Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Daily Cover/Supply Teacher to join Primary Schools across North West London on a long-term or short-term basis starting as soon as possible!

What You’ll Be Doing as a Daily Cover/ Supply Teacher:

  • Promoting inclusion and acceptance: Champion a classroom environment that values every student’s unique background and perspective.
  • Delivering engaging lessons: Adapt and deliver lesson plans that encourage curiosity and learning while ensuring curriculum continuity.
  • Supporting pupils’ individual needs: Provide targeted assistance and catch-up sessions to help each child overcome challenges and succeed academically.
  • Collaborating with class teachers: Work alongside classroom staff to evaluate, adjust, and improve lesson plans and teaching methods.

Essential Qualifications for a Daily Cover/ Supply Teacher:

  • Recent and relevant educational experience: Demonstrated experience in a primary school setting.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills: Ability to support pupils across key learning areas.
  • QTS or Equivalent: A teaching qualification or substantial teaching experience
  • Team player mindset: Proven ability to work effectively under the guidance of classroom teachers & SLT.
