Job Description:
- Lead a small EYFS SEND class of 8 children, focusing on holistic and multi-sensory learning.
- Implement individualised learning plans, working closely with support staff and specialists.
- Use play-based and therapeutic approaches to support children's development.
- Work within a supportive, experienced SEN team dedicated to inclusive education.
Candidate Requirements:
? UK QTS with proven experience in EYFS and SEND settings.? A strong understanding of SEND strategies, EHCPs, and holistic learning methods.? Ability to create an engaging, sensory-rich environment.? Passion for making a real difference in young children's lives.
