The successful Reception Teacher will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education.
- Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or have prior experience teaching in the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and developmental milestones for young learners.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.
- Be creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a passion for early years education.
- Be a team player with effective communication skills and a proactive approach to professional development.
