Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to Reception pupils, fostering a love of learning from the very beginning.

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports early development and school readiness.

• Work collaboratively with the EYFS team to deliver a creative and comprehensive curriculum.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

• Participate in school-wide initiatives that promote creativity and student well-being.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT with a passion for early years education.

• Strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A creative and forward-thinking approach to teaching and learning.
