Position: Year 6 TeacherRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced and resilient Year 6 teacher to join a school in Brent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing challenging behaviour and creating a positive classroom atmosphere. This role requires a strong, compassionate teacher, who can inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Year 6 or upper primary levels.
- Demonstrated an ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
