THE ROLE

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities.
  • Supporting children's social and emotional development.
  • Helping to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Observing and assessing children's progress, providing feedback to teachers.
  • Assisting with personal care when necessary.
  • Working closely with teachers and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • CACHE Level 3 qualification (essential)
  • Experience in EYFS is preferred, but not essential
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Ability to work full-time during term time
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable to a school environment
