In this role, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN). Your support will be essential in helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for children, particularly those with SEN.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons, adapting materials to meet individual needs.
- Support student progress by identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Prepare and organize learning resources for activities.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student development.
- Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.

- Experience working with children or supporting individuals with SEN (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
