Primary Behaviour Support Assistant

Within this role, you will be working inside and outside the classroom in 1:1 and small intervention groups with students who have behavioural needs such as ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc.
This Primary Behaviour Support Assistant role is the perfect opportunity to gain invaluable experience with SEN, SEMH and Behavioural Needs. You will build a strong rapport with each pupil, working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, therapists and psychologists. If you have aspirations of becoming a Counsellor, Therapist, Psychologist or similar, this position will give you the experience needed to springboard your career!

About the role:
- Primary Behaviour Support Assistant
- Working with pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Working with the class teacher to monitor pupils and devise action plans to improve their academic and social performance
- Involves working alongside pupils with SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
- £105 - £110 per day - Term time only
- ASAP Start
- Located in the borough of Brent

Ideal applicant:
- 1st or 2:1 in Psychology or related degree
